Best Google Review Tools in India (2026): An Honest Comparison
Six ways Indian small businesses can get more Google reviews, from free to enterprise, with prices checked on each vendor's own site.
The right tool is the one your customers actually answer.
For most single-location Indian businesses, the best Google review tool is one that asks every customer on WhatsApp, because that's where your customers actually read messages. FiveNudge (from ₹599/month, WhatsApp fees included) is the lowest-cost dedicated option. ReviewWala suits restaurants that also want Zomato and JustDial tracking. Birdeye suits multi-location brands with a marketing team. If you serve fewer than ten customers a day, Google's free review link and the WhatsApp Business App are enough.
Full disclosure: we make FiveNudge, so we're one of the tools on this list. We've tried to make this the page we'd want to read ourselves: every price below was checked on the vendor's own website in October 2026, and we say plainly where a competitor is the better fit.

How to choose a Google review tool
Five questions separate a tool that brings in reviews from one that just sends a monthly bill:
- Which channel does it send on? Indian customers read WhatsApp; most never gave you an email address. A tool that relies on email or SMS will be ignored. More on that in why email review software doesn't work in India.
- Are WhatsApp message fees included? Meta charges per message. Some tools include it, some bill it separately, and some don't say. Ask before you pay. Our WhatsApp API fees explainer shows what drives the cost.
- Does it stop once the customer reviews? Reminders after someone has already reviewed annoy customers and get your number blocked.
- Does it ask everyone the same way? Tools that only send unhappy customers to a private form risk breaking Google's rules. See the warning below.
- Can you set it up yourself in minutes? If it needs a demo call and onboarding, it's built for bigger teams than yours.
The tools, one by one
1. FiveNudge: WhatsApp-first, lowest cost (that's us)
You add a customer's phone number, or connect your billing. FiveNudge sends a WhatsApp review request that opens with a thank-you, then one polite reminder, and stops the moment the review appears on Google. Messages go from FiveNudge's verified WhatsApp number in your business's name, so there's nothing to set up.
- Price: Starter ₹599/mo (100 customers), Growth ₹1,599/mo (300), Pro ₹5,499/mo (700). WhatsApp fees included; 2 months free on yearly plans.
- Strengths: lowest price for a dedicated WhatsApp tool, asks every customer the same way, 2-minute setup.
- Limits: Google reviews only; no Zomato or JustDial tracking, no AI reply drafts, and no free trial.
2. ReviewWala: restaurants that want multi-platform tracking
An India-focused tool that sends WhatsApp review requests through AiSensy, imports customers from Petpooja or CSV, and tracks ratings on Google, Zomato and JustDial.
- Price: Starter ₹2,499/mo, Growth ₹4,999/mo (3 locations), Business ₹7,999/mo (10 locations), all plus 18% GST. 14-day free trial.
- Strengths: unlimited WhatsApp requests, AI-drafted replies in English and Hindi, competitor tracking, direct Petpooja import.
- Limits: roughly four times FiveNudge's starting price; 1–3★ ratings are routed to a private form rather than the public review link.
3. RatingFlow: QR codes and loyalty coupons
Combines WhatsApp review requests with QR codes, a customer CRM and a loyalty coupon system.
- Price: Starter ₹999/mo (1 location, 200 requests), Pro ₹1,999/mo (3 locations, unlimited), Business ₹3,999/mo, all plus GST. 30% off yearly. 14-day free trial.
- Strengths: generous request limits on Pro, multi-location support, SMS as well as WhatsApp.
- Limits: its site doesn't say whether Meta's WhatsApp message fees are included. Its coupons are sent as a thank-you for visiting, not for reviewing; keep it that way, since Google bans rewards for reviews.
4. AdvizrMedia: review tool plus a mini website
An Indian review tool bundled with a mini website, live rating widget and, on the top plan, local SEO services.
- Price: Basic ₹499/mo, Standard ₹999/mo (adds WhatsApp review requests), Premium ₹1,999/mo.
- Strengths: Hindi, Marathi and English support; useful if you also need a simple website.
- Limits: WhatsApp requests aren't on the cheapest plan, and its "Negative Review Shield" sends 1–2★ customers to a private form instead of Google.
5. Birdeye: the enterprise suite
A full reputation platform: reviews, listings, surveys, messaging and reporting across many locations. Capterra India users rate it highly.
- Price: not public; quote-based. Third-party estimates put single-location plans around $299/month.
- Strengths: depth of features, multi-location dashboards, strong reporting.
- Limits: priced and built for marketing teams; a single clinic or café would pay for far more than it uses.
6. Free: Google's review link + the WhatsApp Business App
Generate your direct Google review link and save a Quick Reply in the free WhatsApp Business App. It costs nothing, but someone has to remember to send it to every customer, every day. Here's how to do it by hand.
Under about ten customers a day, the free route is genuinely enough. Above that, the person who's supposed to remember is the bottleneck, and that's what a paid tool fixes.
A warning on "negative review shields"
Several tools offer to send unhappy customers to a private feedback form and only show the Google link to happy ones. It sounds like protection, but it's what Google calls review gating, and Google's policy says businesses shouldn't selectively solicit positive reviews. Profiles that do it risk having reviews removed.
It also hides the feedback that would help you fix the problem. A steady flow of honest reviews, including the occasional 3★, looks more trustworthy to new customers than a wall of perfect fives. Read the full explanation in what review gating is, and why it backfires.
