No. Every message goes out from FiveNudge's verified WhatsApp number and clearly names your business, so there's nothing to set up and your own WhatsApp keeps working exactly as before.
They get one polite reminder, and that's it. FiveNudge sends at most 3 messages per customer on every plan (an optional visit confirmation, the review request and one optional reminder), stops the moment a review arrives, and honours opt-outs instantly, so nobody gets over-nudged.
Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and FiveNudge creates your direct review link automatically. It takes about two minutes.
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for honest reviews, and FiveNudge uses the official WhatsApp Business API. It never offers rewards, writes reviews, or filters out unhappy customers.
No. Customers get a normal WhatsApp message with a direct link to your Google review page. One tap opens Google, and they write the review themselves.
Any local business with a Google Business Profile: restaurants, cafés, salons, spas, clinics, car workshops, gyms, retail stores and more.
Yes. FiveNudge is based in Kolkata, India, and works with businesses in other countries too, with pricing in US dollars: $19, $49 or $149 a month, paid by international card. WhatsApp delivery rules differ by country, so we open countries one at a time. Email hello@fivenudge.com to check whether yours is live.
Yes. There's no lock-in. Cancel any time from Settings › Plan in the app; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
No. Every WhatsApp message costs us a Meta fee, so instead of a trial, plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Starter is ₹599/month ($19 outside India) and you can cancel before your next billing date.
Fees already paid aren't refundable except where the law requires it. If you think you were billed in error, email hello@fivenudge.com within 7 days and we'll review it fairly. Plans are month-to-month, so you can cancel before your next charge at any time.
