FiveNudge is a subscription tool that asks your customers for a Google review on WhatsApp. You add a customer after their visit, and FiveNudge sends a thank-you, your direct Google review link and one polite reminder, then stops as soon as they review.

After you add a customer, FiveNudge sends them a WhatsApp message through the official WhatsApp Business API with a direct link to your Google review page. If they haven't reviewed, one reminder follows. FiveNudge checks your Google Business Profile and stops the follow-ups the moment a review arrives.

Yes. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are included on every plan: every message goes from FiveNudge's verified number, with your business name on it.

Yes. The rupee prices shown include GST, and FiveNudge issues a GST invoice for every payment made in India.

Plans are sized by customers, not single messages. Starter covers 100 customers a month, Growth 300 and Pro 700. Each customer gets at most 3 WhatsApp messages: an optional thank-you, the review request and one optional reminder.

Each plan has a monthly limit on the customers you can start review requests for. Once you reach it, new customers wait until your limit renews the next month. If you regularly need more, move to a bigger plan.

Yes, and there's no lock-in. Change or cancel your plan any time from Settings › Plan in the app. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep full access until then.

No. Sign up, connect your Google Business Profile and add your first customer. It takes a few minutes, and there's nothing to install for you or your customers.

Yes, if you have a Google Business Profile and customers you can reach on WhatsApp: restaurants and cafés, clinics, salons, gyms, car workshops, retail stores and other local services. Outside India, WhatsApp rules differ by country, so email hello@fivenudge.com to check yours is live.

No. FiveNudge makes it easy for every customer to leave a review, but each customer decides whether to write one, and only Google decides how businesses rank. FiveNudge never writes reviews, offers rewards or filters out unhappy customers.
