No. Special Dates is a separate paid add-on. You buy one-time message packs on top of any FiveNudge plan; your review requests aren’t affected either way.
Customer birthdays, customer anniversaries, and one-date events for all your customers, such as Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, New Year and more.
Each greeting uses one message from your pack. Packs are paid once. Some packs never expire and others are valid for a set period, shown before you buy; messages that expire soonest are used first. If WhatsApp can’t deliver a greeting, the message goes back to your pack.
Not at the moment. Greetings use fixed, WhatsApp-approved wording that names your business, which keeps them reliable and welcome.

Yes. Send on the date or up to seven days before. Greetings go out between 10 am and 8 pm in your business’s time zone, never at night.
